Fairfax Matters and Francine for Fairfax supporters regularly gather in three hubs (Buderim-Maroochydore, Coolum and Surrounds). You are most welcome to join us for an update on our local activities, sharing information, some planning, robust conversation and fun. Come and participate just to find out more - obligation-free.
We usually meet at supporters' homes and ask that you show courtesy to the host. Sometimes you'll be asked to bring a plate to share and, in winter, we held curry and soup nights. Currently we are gathering either on Wednesday mornings (10.30am - 12.00pm) or Sunday afternoons 2.00 pm-3.30 pm.
If you want to be a supporter, the Hub Lead, Merilyn, has a supply of Francine for Fairfax t-shirts which you're encouraged to wear during your everyday activities - for example, while having coffee with friends, shopping, walking the dog or, if appropriate, when you participate in community groups. Our aim is to increase visibility, have friendly conversations and find out about people's priorities - what issues they think are important and what they want from our politicians.
