The Sunshine Coast has one of the highest concentrations of over-65s, aged care and retirement homes in Australia. Most vote conservative. How can we understand issues that are important to them and start conversations about the difference an independent can make?

We’ll take the ideas from this discussion as the starting point for a small working group which will develop the strategy and a program of over-65 roundtables.

Hear about our plans to start a Francine for Fairfax choir, a fun way to get together. Will we have a campaign theme song, could we develop a small repertoire of uplifting songs to share at events …..or to sing at aged care homes?
