ARM Property Investment Group has proposed a five-storey rental rooming accommodation development for Nambour, on the corner of Bury and Currie Streets.

The project would include 152 one-bedroom rental units and two ground-floor food and drink tenancies.

According to the developer, “this is not social housing or high support accommodation. It is a modern co-living model for independent low-to-moderate income workers, students and singles who are currently locked out of the rental market.” (Source: Sunshine Valley Gazette, 15 October 2025, p.10)
